An unannounced inspection was completed on September 4, 2019 from approximately 10:55 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in response to a complaint received on August 27, 2019 regarding forbidden actions. The investigation was initiated and completed on September 4, 2019. Staff, children and classrooms were observed, staff were interviewed and children's and staff's records were reviewed as related to the complaint. The Director/Owner was available for the inspection and was present for the exit interview at which time the inspection findings were reviewed and an Acknowledgement of Inspection form was signed and left with the licensee. The complaint is determined to be not valid.
