Comments:
The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced renewal inspection on 11/20/2019 from 10:16am to 2:45pm. The children were observed participating in structured learning time, toileting and washing their hands. A formal observation was completed with the Infant and Toddler classroom and three year old classroom. The lunch menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children in each classroom when appropriate. All classrooms and playgrounds were inspected today.
Five children?s records and five employee records were reviewed during this inspection.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected. Last emergency drill: 11/07/2019 Last shelter-in-place drill: 07/12/2019 Last fire inspection: 04/25/2019 Last health inspection: 05/31/2019 The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no repeat violations found during today?s inspection.

Based on observation, the center did not ensure hazardous substances such as cleaning materials were kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. Evidence: The center's Infant and Toddler classroom had cleaners located in an unlocked cabinet within the reach of children in care.

Evidence: The center's Three year old classroom had medication located in an unlocked drawer within the reach of children in care.
