This complaint inspection was conducted by licensing staff on August 25,2022 regarding a complaint received August 10, 2022.
The complainant made allegations in the areas of physical plant, ratio, and menu. Observations were made on site and interviews were conducted with staff.
The evidence gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
