An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on May 16, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 11:45am and ended at 1:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 56 children present and 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 6 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
