Description:
Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that the total number of children receiving care at any one time does not exceed the maximum licensed capacity of the home. Evidence: 1. On November 28, 2023, there were 10 children including providers 2 children in the home. Provider was providing care for 8 children. Provider is licensed for capacity of 7 children. A modification inspection had not been conducted for approval to increase capacity for over 7 children.
