An unannounced inspection was initiated on 4/9/24 and concluded on 6/10/24 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to allegations of staffing and supervision and programs. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility,?interviews, and?observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
