A complaint inspection was conducted on 08/28/2023. The inspection alleged the presence of carbon monoxide and natural gas fumes in the facility. The inspector arrived at 1:45 PM and departed at 2:42 PM. The investigation included staff interview, review of documentation, interaction with local agencies and observation. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant and special care and emergencies
The information gathered during the investigative inspection and follow-up determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
