Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on January 6, 2023, in the areas of SUPERVISION & STAFFING. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on January 9, 2023 and findings were reviewed on January 23, 2023. Interviews were conducted with staff in conjunction with local agencies.
As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be "NOT VALID." There are no additional violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
