Comments:
An unannounced VA Code 22.1 Compliance monitoring inspection was conducted from 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm. There were 9 children in care being supervised by 7 staff. The children were observed resting, playing outdoors and participating in free play. A total of four child records and three staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on review of three staff records and interviews it was determined that there are no staff on site with daily simple health screening training while children are in care. Evidence: It is reported that there are no staff on site with current daily health observation training.

Staff will obtain Daily Health Observation Training.

Description:
Based on review of four children's records it was determined that not all records contained documentation of immunizations as required. Evidence: The records for child A (start date: 10/16/23) and child B (start date: 5/18/23) did not have documentation of immunizations on file.
Plan of Correction:
Current immunization records will be requested for child A and child B.
