A Renewal inspection was initiated and concluded on 1/7/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector completed the "in-person" component of the inspection on site. There were 18 children present and 3 staff during the site inspection. Three staff records and three children?s records were reviewed. The inspector reviewed requirements and compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Three children's records and three staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
