Comments:
A renewal study was conducted with the director from 7 to 8 am. Three additional staff were present with a total of 16 children. The children were in their morning clubs and then transitioned to fitness zones in the activity room. Eight children and four staff files were reviewed today. Six injury/accident reports were reviewed as well as nine medications for five children. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
Based on a review of eight children's files, it was determined that one child did not have an immunization record on file at the time of enrollment. Evidence: Child A enrolled on 8/26/19 and there was no immunization record on file for this child.
Plan of Correction:
We will get the immunization record.
