A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/14/2022 from 7:25am to 8:40am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The physical plant, programming, menus, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Children were observed participating in games, art and building activities. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
