Comments:
An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today from 3:15pm to 4:30pm. There were 41 school-agers directly supervised by 8 staff. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 4 children?s records, 3 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed eating snack, socializing and participating in a group activity. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized. Observed that the second brown cabinet was unlocked and kept open, where the rooms sanitizers were stored, and accessible to children.
