Reminder that all staff records at the corporate office should contain staff's emergency contact information, job title, documentation of annual training, and a copy of staff's high school diploma or the equivalent or documentation of higher education.

An announced monitoring inspection was conducted at the corporate office to review staff records. Seven staff records were reviewed and in compliance. There are seven staff members on site who are CPR and First Aid certified and three staff members on site who are MAT (medication administration training) certified.
