Based on the review of the emergency evacuation chart the provider failed to conduct an emergency drill in December. Evidence: After reviewing the emergency evacuation record and interview with the provider, a December emergency drill was not conducted.
Plan of Correction:
I was sick and closed my daycare most of December. I will make sure I record that I record if I am closed for the month on the form.
