An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on April 25, 2023 beginning at 7:51am and ending at 8:25am. There were 17 school aged children in the care of 3 direct care staff. The children were observed eating breakfast which consisted of ham and cheese croissants, cereal, juice, and orange slices. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 4/13/23. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/2/22. The most recent health inspection was dated January 20, 2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated November 18, 2021.
