An unannounced Monitoring Inspection was conducted today from 6:33am to 7:15am. There were 12 school-agers directly supervised by 2 staff. The physical plant, 2 staff records (current from previous inspection visit), 5 children?s records, 3 children's medications and medication authorization records, evacuation drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in building blocks, socializing and reading. There was a sufficient supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. The center was clean and organized.
