An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/6/24 from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. with the site director. There were three children in care, ranging in age from five to 12-years-old, supervised by two staff. Five child records and five staff records were reviewed. The Center has five staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and five staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. No medications were on site and the center has two staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
