Five staff files were reviewed at corporate office today from 9: 30 am to 5: 30 pm.
Please submit documentation of the out of state Central Registry Finding or that you have sent off for the background check for Staff A by 2/7/20.
Based on a review of five staff files and an interview with corporate office staff, it was determined that one staff did not have an out of state child abuse and neglect search request by the 30th day of employment nor follow within 45 days after requesting the search. Evidence: Staff A was hired on 9/11/19 and lived in North Carolina in the last five years however there was no information if or when the search was requested.
Plan of Correction:
We will locate or send off for this background check.
