An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:58 AM and ending at 9:10 AM. There were 49 school-aged children in the care of four staff. The children were observed playing games and eating breakfast. Hand washing procedures were observed and in compliance. Five children's records and four staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Nine medications and three allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency escape drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The most recent health inspection was dated 11/26/19. The most recent fire inspection was dated 11/28/17.
