Comments:
A renewal inspection was conducted with the director and one staff. 17 children were in care with a age range of five years to ten years old. Children were observed during outside time, snack and free play. five children's records were reviewed. all required paper work was posted. The inspection time was 4:00pm-5:30pm
Based on review of two staff records not all staff had back ground checks before the end of 30 day of employment. Evidence: Staff A with a hire date of 9/24/19 Did not have a search of central registry check done with in 30 days of employment.

We have sent out a seach of central registry check for staff A
