An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with a licensing inspection. Staff records including training and CPR/First Aid certification were reviewed. Four allergy care plans for diagnosed food allergies were reviewed and complete. SHSI requirements were reviewed.
