An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. There were 18 children in care being supervised by 5 staff members. The children were observed participating in table top activities and cooperative games. Lunch served today is cheeseburger with lettuce, pickle, bun, french fries, apple, and milk. Seven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Six staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was conducted 10/27/2019 and the most recent shelter in place drill was conducted 09/27/2019.
