An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on March 14, 2023 beginning at 6:43AM and ending at 7:10AM. There were 10 school aged children in the care of 3 direct care staff. The children were observed doing arts and crafts and coloring. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Two medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 3/3/23. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/7/22. The most recent health inspection was dated February 10, 2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated February 22, 2021.
