An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted with the director beginning at 7:33 AM and ending at 8:55 AM. There were forty children in the care of four staff members. The children were observed learning about cartoon drawings and doing playing a large group game. Hand washing and bathroom procedures were also observed. Children were also observed eating breakfast. Eight children's records and six staff records were reviewed and in compliance. Four medications and two allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and weather-band radio were observed and in compliance. The emergency evacuation drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency evacuation drill was documented as 11/7/19. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/12/19. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 9/26/2019. The most recent fire inspection was dated 8/22/19. The most recent health inspection was dated 11/18/19.
