Make sure staff are consistently documenting the exact time parents were informed of injuries/accidents to their child.

An unannounced renewal study was conducted today with the director from 5 pm to 5:45 pm. The director was present with 2 additional staff and 17 children. At the beginning of the inspection the children were in quiet time and then they divided into two groups with some doing table top games and the other group playing ball games in the gym. Four children had medications on site and 3 allergy care plans were reviewed. A sample of 6 injury/accident reports were reviewed as well as 4 staff and 8 children's files. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
