An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on January 29, 2024, beginning at 12:48 P.M. and ending at 1:22 P.M. There were 18 school-aged children in the direct care of 7 staff. The children were observed playing individual and large group games in the gymnasium. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Four medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 1/8/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/14/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/11/2024. The most recent health inspection was dated 9/8/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 1/9/2023.
