This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was initiated on 10/20/20 and concluded on 10/22/20. The Area Manager was contacted by telephone to initiate the renewal inspection. Two staff and children's files were reviewed. There were no children present as the program remains closed since March 2020.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable regulations. No violations were issued.
