An unannounced renewal study was conducted from 7:15 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. There were 14 children in care being supervised by 2 staff members. The children were observed participating in structured center play, table-top activities, and cooperative games. Breakfast served today is french toast sticks, cheese stick, cereal, oranges, and milk. Seven children's records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. One medication was reviewed and in compliance. There are currently two staff members on site who are MAT (Medication Administration Training) certified.
