Technical Assistance:
Discussion of CPS request sent for Household Member #2. Provider is still waiting on finding from CPS. Provider has called, emailed, and follow-up numerous times. LI encouraged the Provider to re-check her email's in-box for results.
Discussion to begin annual review of emergency information of child with parents. Several dates now listed are getting close to expiring.
Comments:
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 09/21/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 11:30 am. There were 5 children present (16 points), ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 5 children records, 1 staff record, and 2 household records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
