The Provider became a Subsidy Vendor effective: 11/30/2023.
Discussion of the 3-hour Annual Health and Safety Update training (in progress).
Lockdown drill (one annually) will need to be completed prior to 12/01/2024 in accordance to the lockdown procedures as drafted by the Provider/Vendor in her Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan.

This Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 04/10/2024, between the hours of 9:30 am to 11:30 am. There were 6 children present (12 points), with 1 caregiver supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards, code, and/or law. No violations were issued.
