Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 9:00am-11:00am. There were 3 children (5 points) supervised by 1 direct caregiver. The home, 2 staff records, 3 children?s records, 4 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed engaging freely. Diapering procedures were also observed. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during this inspection. Based on review of three children's records one is incomplete. Evidence: Child #1 does not have two emergency contacts listed on registration form.
Plan of Correction:
Parents say they do not know another person to list, I will ask them again.
