An unannounced monitoring visit and facility tour was conducted from 3:30pm-4:25pm. At the time of inspectors' arrival there were 22 infant to preschool aged children in care with 4 staff members and 1 administrator. Children were observed participating in snack, indoor play, hand washing and educational activities. A sample of 5 children's records and 5 staff records and injury reports were reviewed. There were no medications being administered. There were no violations cited during this inspection.
