A monitoring inspection was initiated on 5/5/2020 and concluded on 5/8/2020. The person in charge was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 0 children present and 0 staff as the facility is closed until September 2020 due to the COVID19 pandemic. The inspector emailed the designated person in charge a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed 0 children?s records and 2 staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the person in charge COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs.
