A unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director and one staff. 15 Children were in care with a age range of five years to eight years old. Children were observed during hand washing and group games and leaning about earth quakes. Two staff records and six children's records were reviewed. Two medications were also reviewed with one staff current in MAT. The inspection time was 5:00 pm- 6:00 pm
