A unannounced SHSI inspection was conducted with the director and one staff. 15 Children were in care with an age range of five years to eight years old.Children were observed during hand washing, group games and learning about earth quakes.Two staff record and six children's records were reviewed. Two medications were also reviewed with one staff current in MAT.. The inspection time was 5:00pm to 6:00 pm
