This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A subsidy health and safety inspection was initiated on August 12, 2020 and concluded on August 13, 2020. The in-charge person was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were two children present and two staff. The Inspector emailed the in-charge person a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed two children's records and two staff records submitted by the facility to ensure documentation was complete. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy regulations. No violations were issued.
