A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 02/05/2020 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 27 children, ages 2 years-4 years, and 6 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 5 staff records and 3 manager records during the inspection. The staff stated that there is no medication currently on-site. The children were observed in the following activities: in free choice activities, participating in art projects, during story time, having lunch and during nap time. The inspector reviewed the required policies and procedures and the emergency supplies during the inspection. The inspector discussed the following with program staff: hand washing, restrooms, children?s records and nutrition. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
