A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 9/25/19 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 42 children present and 12 staff. Five children's records and five staff records were reviewed. The vendor had medications and the inspector reviewed a sample of three medications. The inspector arrived at the facility at 10:00 AM and departed at 2:30 PM. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
