A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 01/15/20 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspector arrived at the center at 9:15 AM and departed at 1:45 PM. There were 49 children in care with 11 staff providing care and supervision. Five children's and five staff records were reviewed during this inspection. The inspector assessed three medications and required documentation. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection and discussed at the conclusion. Please contact your inspector, should you have any questions: Jensen Mellnick (540)309-2051.
