A remote complaint inspection was complete in response to a complaint received on January 23, 2020 regarding rough handling. The investigation was initiated on April 23 and completed on May 20, 2020. Staff and the owner were interviewed, documents were reviewed and an attempt was made to reach parents. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation. Therefore, the complaint is not valid. There were not any other violations identified during the investigation.
