A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 07/23/2019 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The inspection began at 9:30am and ended at 11:50am. There were 21 children in care with four staff. The children were observed playing games, at story time, working puzzles, watching a video, playing with blocks and during lunch. Five staff?s records and five children?s records were reviewed. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
