One child had an allergy plan on site. The center is up to date with their annual lock down drill. Arrival time: 11:05 am Departure time: 1: 20 pm Violations: Standard #: 22VAC40-665-550-2 Description: Based on interview of the Administrative staff and a review of an injury report, it was determined that the center failed to notify the department within two business days of an injury to a child while under their supervision that required medical attention. Evidence: On 10/16/19, child A sustained a cut to the lip that required stitches at a hospital. The center has not reported this incident to Licensing. Plan of Correction: We will make sure to submit the report within 2 business days.
