An unannounced renewal inspection was completed on 2/28/2020. There were 32 children present in four groupings from eight months through five years old with eight staff directly supervising and the site administrator and cook also present. Five children's records were reviewed and six staff records were reviewed. Four medications were reviewed.
The inspector arrived at the center at 8:35 am and departed at 12:30 pm.
The children were observed at arrival, during breakfast, during outside times, during story times, during free time in the classrooms, and during nap for the infants.
