The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced monitoring inspection on 10/23/2019 from 10:12am to 1:10pm. The children were observed learning through play in centers, playing on the playground, washing hands and eating lunch. Formal observations were completed with the head start classrooms. Lunch consisted of chicken fajitas, corn, salad with ranch, bananas and milk. The menu was posted. Interviews were held with staff throughout the inspection, and the inspector interacted with children when appropriate. The classroom and playground was inspected today.
Five children's records were reviewed. Staff records are kept off site and will be reviewed on a later date.
The center's first aid kit and emergency supplies were inspected.

Today, the following child to staff ratios were observed:
Head start (Threes and Fours) - 27:5
The violations from the previous inspections were checked for corrections. There were no repeat violations found during today?s inspection.
