Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/30/2023. There were 12 children (28 points) directly supervised by 3 caregivers. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children's records, 1 household member's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing inside the play room. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that the first aid kit contained the minimum required items. Evidence: observed that the first aid kit did not have adhesive tape or 2 triangular bandages.

Based on observation, the provider did not ensure that potentially poisonous substances was kept inaccessible to children at all times. Evidence: observed that there was 1 large container of Lysol disinfectant on a counter accessible to children and 2 Lysol spray bottles on two high chair trays, accessible to children.

I am going to make sure the Lysol disinfectant on safety and lock - so the children can not reach out.
