The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 8/11/2023. Documentation of reports were reviewed and interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of lack of accident reports. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
