A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted beginning 11/17/2022 and concluding on 11/18/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 88 children were present with 13 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: eating lunch, playing with blocks, and napping. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 3 medications, and 9 children?s records and 5 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
