An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on August 5, 2019 at 10:10am in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations of retaliation, care and protection, and forbidden actions. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
