An unannounced Complaint Inspection was conducted on 11/25/2019 in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to allegations Staff to Child Ratios. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations of allegations, and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
